Kaleidoscope Child Development Center

A former employee and Parent of 2 little ones who also attended this mockery of a childcare facility.. where should I start.. The first week my children and I started I saw a red flag. My 3 year old son came home with a Huge knot on his forehead (that I didn’t see until bath time) I asked my son what happened.. he said he fell out of his chair.. I asked if he told his teacher. And he said yes.. did you cry.. he said yes.. not once did I get an accident report or anything informing me that my child had been hurt. Lack of supervision is an all time high at that place. The playground is a death trap.. children brought me nails and bolts from the equipment that’s falling apart.. the fence is broken so anyone can hop it or come on in at those leisure (the center is next door to an apt complex) They still have wood chips that give splinters and the children throw and eat.. My daughter Loves Kaleidoscope. The owners love their company and take pride in what they do. There staff is definitely experienced in working with kids of all ages and different backgrounds. I see how they handle normal disputes between the children and it is very amazing how patient they are in dealing with all of those little personalities at once. They also teach them very well. My daughter is not even 3 yet and she knows all of her letters, upper case and lower case. They take carecar the building with thier own hands and they genuinely care about the development of the children that come to them.

I am so happy I chose Kaleidoscope. The family oriented autosphere is amazing. Reminds me of the relationship I have with my family. Diana and Mike are are such a blessing to us. My son has asthma and food allergies. They take such great care of him and even provide breathing treatments if needed. I have nothing to worry about. I Love ❤️ Kaleidoscope and would recommend any and everyone to use them. Thanks again for such excellent service.

My daughter Daisy loves this place.. she's been there since the summer of 2016 and since then has learned all sorts of fun songs and has even begun learning how to read. I love Ms. Diana and her staff is always helpful and welcoming. I'm so happy I found this place! Well secured front entrance and cameras everywhere; made me feel better about her being there. And yes she come home with a few marks but what kid doesn't when they play so rough outside.. that's what kids do :)

We had a fair experience with Kaleidoscope! We love Mrs Hattie & Mrs Dorothy in the one year old classroom. I knew my child was loved on and comfortable in that classroom because when I would drop her off she would run up to either teacher. I rarely had any problems in that class. She always went home with her belongings, hair accessories, and bottles. It wasn’t til we moved to the 1.5 month toddler class and the problems begin. Despite the respect we have for Miss.Sandy for loving on our child there were times she was moved to another classroom. The bites begin, my child had coffee spilled on her and there wasn’t a phone call, a incident report nor was her clothes changed. (Which is how i found out) the teacher who did it didn’t show up to work for a week straight & the owner Mrs Diana had no idea until I brought it to her attention.
