Love my new patio door with the bronze exterior color coating on the frame.Its easy to slide open, its energy efficient, and no issues since installation in 2021.

K-Design just finished installing my windows. Brian and Corbin, from the Denver office , came with samples and was very informative of what I would be purchasing. They took on a manufactured home and there aren’t many window companies that will take that job. Installer’s, Ernesto and his crew, were amazing!!! Very professional and took care of my home like it was their own. Not one mess was left for me to clean up. If you are looking to buy new windows give K Design a call.

From start to finish, K-designers Denver were professional and transparent. I did my research and compared specs and offers from multiple vendors. While K-designers upgraded Simonton windows were not the most over-engineered windows out there, they are much better than builder-grade while still being affordable. Brian and his team all communicated regularly with me to meet the HOAs documentation needs and the installation crew was skilled and considerate of my time and space. I'll need a bathroom remodel in the future and will return to K-Designers based on this experience.

Working with K Design was such a pleasure, from Tyler who was so knowledgeable to Craig and Brian the install team. Craig and Brian worked tirelessly for seven days straight to complete the siding the siding on my house. Craig and Brian worked meticulously recommending slight changes and installing new lighting, WOW! What a difference. I love my new, old house. Thank you.

From our consultant, Morgan to Chino and his construction crew, K Designers made the whole process, very easy, professional, and very courteous. They exceeded our expectations. My wife and I never thought our house would look this beautiful, They made our house look like it’s brand new, even now every time I walk up to the front door I can’t believe it’s the same house. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to redo their home or bath. In fact, we are going to have K Designers do our bathrooms next.

When Luis and Eduardo showed up to install the windows and doors-the day we were scheduled-we knew we were going to continue the great experience!! They went above and beyond!! We definitely will be enjoying these awesome windows and sliding doors. The wife even got her special made box window over the sink!
