Windows are pretty however the damage to my 1903 home is not! And they haven’t even made any attempt to talk to me about fixing it. The is is 1 corner or 1 window and I have damage to 9 windows!!

so i filled out their card they mailed to me when the salesmen showed up to talk, all he told me is i was not able to afford his windows when i asked for a quote he tried talking me out of it and kept telling me how exspenceive they were and how i should find a local contractor cause he would be more affordable worst salesman ever i finally asked him to leave after many insults about how he didnt think i could afford his searvices and i asked for a quote to be emailed to me he never sent it. i will not get anything from these guys and if asked i will tell of my story.

My son had a gentleman come to our home to get an estimate for new siding. This was the worst experience ever. This guy spent 3.5 hours at my home on St. Patty's day (dinner sat waiting for him to leave) and could not take a hint that we were absolutely done. I really don't believe he actually knew how to handle a tape measure let alone the pen in his hand that he kept twirling around like a baton. I've had many estimates done in my time and I would never hire a company that sent me someone that was all about the marketing rather then getting down to business at hand. He repeated himself over and over thinking he was convincing me. I finally went in the house and told my son to go outside with this guy. I cannot say anything about your product, I will never know simply as a result of Michael Wang.

Sexist and unreliable! I wish I could give them zero stars! I scheduled an estimate for a remodel and they never showed up. After we waited for over 40 minutes, I called to figure out what happened. They had no explanation as to why their employee didn't show nor where he was. They had called and confirmed the appointment and verified someone was supposed to be there. They wanted me to reschedule which I didn't want to do. If they can't show up for an estimate how will they perform the remodel? Remodels aren’t cheap and I felt that this wasn’t a good first impression of the company.

However, they kept calling me (multiple phone calls) so finally I gave in and agreed for an estimate. They then told me that my husband needed to be there, and I can't get the estimate by myself. Why? I have had other estimates and even though they prefer both people to be there they still...
