Horrible experience with this company.
The owner Jake was abrasive, rude, and unprofessional. Our small deck, which conceivably should have been an extremely simple project, was fraught with miscommunications and mistakes from the get go and literally took a YEAR to finish, from quote to completion. Here is a rundown of issues we had with this company:

There was massive turnover within the company, like 5+ workers quitting on him at once (which should say a lot about the kind of manager the owner is) so days and weeks would go by without work done and zero communication from the company about these delays. We never knew who was coming over to work or when. Sometimes he would even pull guys off our job in the middle of the day to go work on another project. Our deck was deprioritized again and again. We felt like we had to micromanage our own project because there...

Jake did a remodel and built a deck for me. I was excited at first because he built a shed for me the prior year, which was wonderful. After a few weeks into the project, issues arose. First they built the deck on top of an active sprinkler. (he and his partner argued with me saying they didn't until I went and turned it on and it was obvious.) Second, they installed my french door backwards and not to code (I was told this about a year later when I had my kitchen remodeled). Third, putting the siding back on some spots look like a 5 year old did it. And finally, towards the end, he wouldn't come as scheduled, or only came for a couple of hours and the relationship became unbearable. Jake and his crew were amazing. Eddie was great, overall a 10 out of 10. The deck looks perfect!

100% recommend this company! The customer service was outstanding every step of the way. Price was better than the competitors. Anytime I texted Jacob with a question, he would call so he could get all the details. Very responsive. When there was a minor miscommunication with the workers about what was to be done, Jacob came out personally to get it straightened out. Looks beautiful and it was done quickly. Very happy!
