Jake, Tobias, and the other guys that worked with us on our deck did an incredible job. When a miscommunication resulted in a different color rail being installed than we expected, they changed it out and didn't leave until we were happy with it. We love, love, love our new deck and wholeheartedly recommend JV Custom Decks. Excellent workmanship and superb customer service!

I was driving on I15 next to a JV custom deck company car, and they were on the phone the entire time. Here is a list of illegal things they did in the few miles we paced them. Driving while texting (or on their phone), failure to indicate when changing lanes, crossing the gore, and managed to cut someone off.

I can't say enough good about our experience with JV Custom Decks. We had a bold idea of building a bridge off of our master bedroom and additionally building a deck on the main level below, including around our trampoline. They not only ran with our ideas, but they also totally delivered. Our deck is incredible! Jake and his crew were a dream to work with. They were kind, professional, honest, and talented. The craftsmanship is excellent and we are completely pleased with the final product. They even built it all in the winter....which means we are so excited for spring to come so we can spend lots of time on our new deck. I was impressed with Jake's communication, his desire to please the homeowner, and his honesty. JV Custom Decks went above and beyond my expectations and hopes. If I had a friend interested in building a deck I would tell them whole-heartedly to use JV Decks.

Awesome company! I couldn't be happier with our new deck and experience. The construction process was so simple. They worked with me on change orders during construction. They were always there when they said they would be (even in the snow), were very clean, paid attention to the smallest details, and cleaned up after the job. The price was more than fair. I work in the building industry and see the good, the bad and the ugly everyday when it comes to contractors. These guys are definitely one of the good ones! I would recommend them to anyone looking to build a deck.
