There are plenty of other decking companies. Save yourself some hassle and use another company. Seems like most of the good reviews are with Jake and the poor reviews are with John. John was assigned to my job and he is the absolute worst to communication with. He ignores calls and texts and makes his own decision about details. The only time he is good about responding is when he wants payment (they don't take any cards). He put up trex trim around my house and I complained because the craftsmanship was very poor in a few areas so without any discussion he took it all down the next day, damaging the stucco and told me that I needed to have it finished with stucco. After pushing him to put the trim back on, but pay attention to the cuts to make it look professional or even leave the hard cuts to me, John told me that I would have to pay another $1000 to put trim back on. We just finished a project that included a large upper and smaller lower deck, John and his crew were lighting fast and very responsive. The decks are beautiful and the quality of the materials and workmanships is top notch. Highly recommended!
