Fast response with online estimator, and easy online pay. Cleaning tech arrived on time and was pleasant and personable, they were also vaccinated for covid and respectful of our concerns about exposure and safety. They took direction and followed instructions well. If you are looking for a house cleaner, I highly recommend!

Alexis was nice...efficient and courteous. however most of the general clean item were never addressed. Did an ok job. No dusting was done no window sills, mopping was done around all of my bath mats and kitchen mats.
shower was not cleaned properly nor dried after cleaning.
I had dropped something behind the toilet and it was not picked up or moved to clean behind.

For the price of a general clean I personally was disappointed. having had a business such as this for years...I think retraining should be done.
I chose JPC because of the number of svc offered in a general clean....
