From my first call to Ralph in scheduling an appointment, the experience with easy and good. My technician (Floyd) was a true professional. He was there to get the work done efficiently and with a high level of quality. He was promptly on time for my appointment and started to work right away. He didn't stop working during the entire 4.5 hours that it took to clean my carpets and wash and steam clean the tile and grout in my 2600+ sq. ft. home. I was impressed by his work ethic. Two years prior I paid over twice as much for these same services, and it took two technicians over twice as long to do the job.
