Joy of Cleaning FL

Woah!!!! We had guests stay in our home while we were away and wanted to come home to a good deep cleaned home and we chose the perfect company to accomplish this! I wish we would have taken photos before our suitcases exploded in the house, but it was immaculate. We’d used a cleaning service before for deep clean and biweekly and were left ok, but this company blew us away! The level of detail and communication is exceptional. This is an exceptional company altogether. It was easy to book and get an accurate quote online. The team had automatic text messages to remind you of appointments and once everything was completed we were promptly informed. Paying was no stress as we the card on file was charged once the job was complete. We added on a fridge and window cleaning and are so happy we did. The entire home is sparkling. They changed out the sheets and towels, there was no dust...

We love the Joy of Cleaning!! They are always prompt, send updates (communication is 5/5 starts for sure), and do a great job! When they are cleaning they are always super respectful and diligent. Bonus is that they do the special touches and leave everything super nice!!

Bella and Karla saved me a lot of time. I debated for a long time whether I should pay for cleaning or not, and I'm glad I finally did. No longer do I have to fight with my mind about whether I feel like cleaning the bathroom or not. I don't experience joy while cleaning so I'm glad to let someone else do it for me.

Fantastic job! Professional, punctual, conscientious…they went the extra mile and cleaned areas that I didn’t even realize were that dirty! I highly recommend!

Let me start by saying they do a great job of cleaning. The reason for less than 5 stars is that they were late on 2 separate occasions. I understand a few minutes, but we’re talking 30 min+. I was promised 2 cleaners to make up for the first time and that did not happen, but yet again 30 minutes late. Unfortunately with my apartment I have to let them in so had to be late to 2 separate appointments too. I also gave explicit instructions on how to get in without me but I guess that never gets passed on. I don’t love leaving less than 5 stars but this was a frustrating experience and the cleaning isn’t cheap so I expected some punctuality. Maybe if you’re in a time crunch, go with someone else more reliable.

Bella and Karla did an amazing job cleaning the house! They were very thorough and I’m so happy with their work! Communication was also great throughout the process from obtaining the quote to getting the final invoice. I will definitely be using them again!
