I first contacted Matthew Crowther in early 2019 to discuss an accident I had sustained in November 2018. We set up a time for me to come and meet at his office in Longmont. To my meeting, I brought a wealth of documentation, including receipts, medical records and pictures. Matt spent almost an hour reviewing my information and gladly agreed to take my case.

Matt Crowther and his team took care of everything! I was injured when someone ran a stop sign. Matt explained the whole legal process to me, kept me well informed, and helped turn around a bad situation.

I do not have any previous experience in this sort of lawsuit so difficult to review. I know that I had three different paralegal that I worked with throughout the almost three year process and my third and final Jesse Allen was great. Jesse was extremely responsive and helped me get through the final stretch of the settlement. I was a bit disappointed in the fact that I was given a number to start for a possible settlement and that number changed dramatically from the ending number. Although I understood why it probably should have never been brought up. I think for what I got it could have been done in a shorter time period.

James Shanor help us review easement/access to a rural vacant property and also create a cost-sharing covenant (maintenance agreement) with an adjacent landowner to help mitigate any future issues. I would highly recommend.
