I went in for my consultation and it was with the front desk receptionist, she took our info to the lawyer in another room, then came back and gave us the worst advice, got me in a huge mess with custody and then wouldn't represent me to deal with the mess THEY created. This place is highly unprofessional and irresponsible!! I went and hired someone else who is working quickly to resolve the problem johnson law firm caused. The firm’s office manager participates in unethical hiring practices and publicly defames and embarrasses applicants. If you try and reach out to make a report the firm blocks you. They are going to shocking lengths to cover this up and protect their office manager Kori Kirkpatrick. As a fellow business owner in Spokane Valley I do not recommend using this firm.

Beyond upset with the girls in office & Tyson! Thought I had a plan agreed for my grandma called back after a month to see any progress and it all completely changed. Office lady was very rude. Very frustrating with zero call back to be informed on not taking th case when that was NOT was discussed!

Tried putting an attorney on retainer they made up fees to deplete the money. I took the remaining before they drained me. 400+ taken for nothing.
