I met John Day and his son John Jr for the first time today as they were in the neighborhood working on other people’s roofs. They mentioned to me that my roof needs some touch up as there were areas that showed considerable cracks. They explained their process of how they will rectify by applying a rubber coating and finishing off with an aluminum spray coating all across the roof. They also said that they will at the same time help clear out debris from my gutters. It took them about 2 hours. As part of the job, they will also come out 2x a year for 2 years to check up on the roof and help clear my gutters. That’s a nice touch for sure. They addressed all my concerns and put me at ease. They had the genuineness that is ever so important in this business.
