I love the Simple Land Flip course because it laid out a clear plan for me to follow! I had actually started with another group back in April of 2023. It wasn't the right fit for me and I felt overwhelmed and never accomplished my anything measurable. As a result...I quit. I signed up for Joe's Training on 9/11/23 because I felt like this was highly organized with support, which is what I needed. In less than 3 months, I learned how to target areas for mailings, pull good lists, utilize proven mailers and have a system to track it. I have already sent 25 genuine offers from the mail I sent out and have 1 under contract headed to closing with another waiting to go under contract.
