I just watched all thee videos of Joe McCall's Automated Wholesale training in one of the training modules. Just in this one module he provided videos that total to more than one hour of training. He shows you other training courses to buy and also gives a list of podcasts to listen to. He shows you the marketing steps from setting up and buying the list of owners and then examples of the letters and contracts to send them. He shows you other investor websites where they now sell what they bought and then he even shows you how he sets it all up in his CRM which is called Podio. I've taken training from many real estate guru's and Joe has some of the best training because it is very thorough but he also keeps it simple and shows you everything he sees on his computer with a screen capture video.
