Simple lease options is put together well. It is extremely rigorous and technically demanding if you want to meet the Completion Challenge. No there are several other costs that are necessary to do well in the program. This truly is a marketing program not so much about real estate. If you know this going in and you like marketing this would likely be a great program for you.
