I have been abundantly blessed by Joe McCall's course, even beyond the intense training on simple lease options. As far as SLO's go, wow, Joe gave so much understanding from the 'why and how it's a great real investment strategy' to all the nuts and bolts of it to ALL possible resources and more all on a silver platter. Let me say, it wasn't easy... His course is loaded so my advice to potential students is BUCKLE UP. He just pours and pours and pours. And I absolutely love REI Simple. It's a database that does it all - from providing a data page for each record as well as a way to customize your own fields and websites which uploads data straight to the database! Plus amazing follow up automation (which you can customize, too) as well as create and access every document you ever sent to particular records instantly without having to go all over the place to find them, and more.

Simple lease options is put together well. It is extremely rigorous and technically demanding if you want to meet the Completion Challenge. No there are several other costs that are necessary to do well in the program. This truly is a marketing program not so much about real estate. If you know this going in and you like marketing this would likely be a great program for you.

Joe's class is very thorough. It really a marketing class. It was well done.
