Thank you so much to Joe and Gavin for this Simple Lease Option Course. We have been following Joe since 2019, listening to his podcast. We have finally decided to purchase his course and give it try with all of the knowledge that we have gained. I love how easy it is to use REI Simple, not to mention having access to his Facebook group where we could ask questions and get help from other doing the same as ourselves. I love how he gives you all of the steps to help your start up your very own business. It may have taken some time to get everything rolling, but glad to say that we are definitely pushing forward and making deals.
