I loved Joe's SLO course because its packed of useful tips and advice, in digestive form, suitable for investors of all levels. The videos are easy to follow-along. I also love Joe and Gavin's emphasis on talking to sellers and making offers, tracking metrics and keeping accountability! What they teach in this course can easily be transferred in other areas and businesses. You owe it to yourself to learn and immediately put it into practice!

The Joe McCall program has been very beneficial for me as I researched and worked on growing a different side of real estate investing: lease options.

1. The fast start was a great intro to quickly walk through the overall process of lease options.
2. The weekly modules were released and laid out in a way that walked through the entire process with greater detail, leaving no stone unturned.
3. The mind maps were probably my favorite part of the whole program. I followed along each time with my copy of the mind map open so I could see exactly what he was talking through in each module.
4. Joe's weekly calls (both his and the REI Simple tutorials) opened up the " office door" to Joe and his expertise. I was able to pose questions of something I was walking through with immediate response from him. GREATLY appreciate this accessibility!

Hello my name is Bridgette Cameron, I'm a small business owner who use to operate a small cleaning company maintaining fannie mae foreclosed properties. after many years of hard labor I realize I was not getting any where with this business. my interests was always in real-estate and I really wanted to learn the business I kick my Job and started searching to fine a way out. this is when I came across Joe McCall real estate lease options. I have learn everything I wanted to know about real-estate from his courses and still learning more and more every day. My son was kill in October this took a tool on my life this took my focus away, but I know I will get back to work when I finish burying my son.
