Joe McCall

I love Joe McCall because he thoroughly explains every step needed to accomplish Simple Lease Options. His mindmaps are really helpful in finding specific steps that you may need a refresher on. He has lots of extra videos to walk you through using the different tools needed for success. My husband and I are so much more knowledgeable now, after going through the course. He doesn't just present lease options either, he also talks a bit about wholesaling and seller financing, in addition to the lease option strategy (though he doesn't go into great detail about those strategies). I really feel that Joe cares about his students. He has multiple ways to ask questions and has regular coaching calls as well. Any time I had any additional questions, the support staff was great to work with. I would highly recommend Joe and his courses!!

Joe I can't say enough about the level of depth you put into this timeless course. I just realized that each time you go through the modules, you certainly catch something new. I have been doing deal for a while now but feel like a kid in a candy store. Thanks for digging deep and producing this great body of work.
