Hey Joe and Gavin,
The 60 Offers Challenge was outstanding! My wife, Debi, and I learned a lot. It wasn't easy to get the 15 offers a week done along with our full-time jobs, but each week got easier. She and I have figured out how to manage Freedom Soft together. She has her tasks and I have mine. She makes the first contact through text and then tasks me accordingly. Where I follow up with our due diligence and phone calls. We don't have a solid catch as of yet but we do have a few lines in the water that may work out as a win win for us and the seller. Follow up follow up follow up!!! : ) We can finally see things coming together and are very excited.

I think Joe & Gavin did a terrific job assembling the curriculum for the Offer Challenge! This challenge helped me break out of my comfort zone and submit more offers in 30 days than I have in the past year!
