I loved Joe McCall's course and all the effort he puts in to drive people to get started and actually drive ahead to achieve REI success. Lease Options is a way I never thought would be practically possible and its like a good discovery to me. Being a newbie, the courses offered are in plenty and I'm yet to look into those in depth, but as an overview I liked the vast material he puts in form of a simple structured framework. I only wish the briefing summary for those beginners like me, handles details in an elaborate manner, keeping in mind the beginner audience too, who not necessarily are familiar with REI jargon in full, like making the overall introduction a little less daunting but more easier to understand without any background knowledge of REI.

Joe is the only coach that makes sense!!! Especially mindmaps have helped me a lot!!
