The "Simple Land Flip" course is awesome, because I don't have to talk to sellers until I want to. I have been looking for something in Real Estate, where I did not have to talk to sellers ALL the time, and the set up and automation of the course has allowed me to do that! So far I have sent 31 offers, and have only talked to the 2 sellers that have accepted my offers! Just yesterday my oldest son expressed interest in helping me with doing this, so there's a bonus! I love the way Joe is teaching, and I'm looking forward to getting more contracts signed and making some money!
