I loved Joe's Simple Land Flips course. It was laid out in a very logical order and after completing the first few modules I could already start implementing. "Don't worry about selling the property when you haven't even started marketing yet". I got three properties under contract before I ever spoke with anyone. Using FreedomSoft for my CRM is great. When someone would call the number on my mailer and leave a voicemail, I would do a little research and mail them an offer. After a few texts I had a contract. This is GREAT!!!
