I've been with Joe for over a year doing lease options, and signed up in Jan'23 for training on land. Joe's training was very thorough, and I feel I have all I need to be successful in land now. Very much appreciate everything.

I loved the Joe McCall course because he made it simple to understand all of the information. I am Annette McAlister-Mundell and my business partner is Brittany Anderson. We first met Joe last Fall at an investment summit in Idaho. Once we heard him describing the land course we were hooked. We started about 3 months ago and have really liked it. We have gotten just over 100 leads, written at least 90 offers and have 10 under contract. We are now getting our buyers coming on. This really works and we are very impressed that he is willing to give you the course money back if you do all the steps. We are looking forward to our new business getting bigger!
