My experience with Joe McCall and Simple Land Flips was amazing! So happy I found his webinar and took the course. This is not my first Land course, but it was the best. He truely cares that are successful doing land deals. His information is complete and easy to understand, the amount of resources and additional up to date information was over the top and he just keeps giving new content out - without an upsell!

This course was very easy to follow and I was able to make 25 offers in about 3 months since purchasing the course. I still have not gotten my first deal and I know it will occur soon. The directions are easy to follow and I would recommend to any one starting in real estate and land investing.
