I love the Simple Land Flip course because it laid out a clear plan for me to follow! I had actually started with another group back in April of 2023. It wasn't the right fit for me and I felt overwhelmed and never accomplished my anything measurable. As a result...I quit. I signed up for Joe's Training on 9/11/23 because I felt like this was highly organized with support, which is what I needed. In less than 3 months, I learned how to target areas for mailings, pull good lists, utilize proven mailers and have a system to track it. I have already sent 25 genuine offers from the mail I sent out and have 1 under contract headed to closing with another waiting to go under contract. The systems and support gave me confidence to work the program and begin to learn how to pursue this business. I have learned so much in such a short time! ...
