I’ve gotten a telling glimpse of it during one of their social gatherings where it was evident the leader respects and values the team not only for what they do for the business, but for who they are as people. We are the best of the best

Our initial impression was that there will be roughly 12 man-hours of cleaning per week to complete all the cleaning tasks listed on a checklist agreed upon between parties. Eight months later, the two people crew became one “new” person spending only 3-1/2 hours per week instead of 12 hours. Since the floors were kept clean, nobody realized that a whole bunch of other smaller items on the cleaning checklist were simply not being done. Additionally, the owner never questioned how all of the “tasks” were being done in mere 3-1/2 hours per week instead of what used to take 12 hours. We paid roughly $70 per hour for this service and have happily terminated their service since! The owner refused to make amends. Buyer beware.
