JJ did an amazing job helping us buy a new home. We initially started to make an offer on new construction, but the terms the seller wanted were very restrictive. JJ was able to point us in another direction without being pushy and was able to change directions with us again when a pre owned home became available in a better area for us. The sellers initially were not interested in our offer, but JJ fought for us to be able to increase our offer and we got the house!
