I really enjoy J.Galt customer service because they keep their promises. My Account Rep Lauren T. always followed up with me to every phone call or Zoom session with all necessary materials and links that we were talking about. But what is even more important, she keeps me accountable to what I committed to do to help myself - this is very often a missing link when you sign up for any type of ongoing service.
