Weddings are special, and I needed a special suit for mine. I wanted a tux that fit my body perfectly - I'm very slender with long limbs and broad shoulders; I needed a tux similar to what is considered a 'European fit'. My experience: I was looking to buy my first suit. I wasn't very sure how to decide any of the design-related details. I went to Jerry, spoke to him about my budget, and he walked me through the entire process. He never made me feel overwhelmed through the decision process. During my first visit, we decided on the suit I would purchase and the timeline for me to be fitted and receive the suit. This timeline was followed and there were no delays. Jerry is very nice and professional. He sold me a very nice suit that he tailored for me. I got the whole thing with shoes, belt, tie, handkerchief, custom made dress shirt. Very classy. The only reason I give him 4 stars an not 5 is because then I asked him for also brown shoes and belt and he got me those, but when I got home I looked them up just to find out more info about them and saw that he sold me both of them for twice the MSRP. I was shocked. I didn't expect him to give me a discount, but certainly not sell them to me for twice the price. Especially after I had just paid him over $2000 for the suit. I told him this and he refunded me right away without issues, but this event left me wondering afterwards if I had also paid twice as much for my suit as I should have. This was my first tailored suit so I had no idea what the correct price should be.
