I can’t really say I like them because I have never met them. Our agent retired and we needed an agent licensed in Missouri and Illinois so we were given their name. They answer questions and take care of things but I would not know Jake Molitor is he walked into my house. I don’t believe I have ever even talked to him. Quite a contrast to our last State Farm agent who we had a relationship with. Jeremiah is who I usually speak with and he seems very nice.
