Theresa Rodriguez Ryan helped me with my loan modification and to say she went above and beyond would be an understatement. Due to the recent government shutdown I had a very difficult time getting the necessary paperwork from the IRS that I needed for my loan mod, which caused me to miss several deadlines. Theresa resubmitted my application and resent all paperwork several times, and since I was having a difficult time getting the required documents from the IRS, she took it upon herself to make all the persistent phone calls and do all the legwork needed to get what I needed to complete my trial.
