I was referred to Jacoby & Jacoby by my brother-in-law, as he’d used them years ago. Richard Jacoby and his staff were great. Initially, I was ashamed to file bankruptcy, but they made my husband and I feel comfortable and explained the entire process. We were able to make a payment arrangement which made it affordable. When we went to court, other attorneys cases were postponed for incomplete or inaccurate paperwork, but Richard had everything prepared properly and our case went smoothly.
