Keith DeBenedictis was my attorney. The initial appointment took only about 10 minutes, and a few weeks later I had the phone appointment with the creditors. I was supplied with a personalized guide to my email which made engaging with the trustee simple and efficient. I was short on the line so it only took another 15 minutes of my time. I sought legal representation because I was afraid human error would come to play at some point during or after the bankruptcy, and the small premium for professional help was more than worthwhile for the peace of mind. Recommended.
