As usual, the "Master AOH" sent me their standard "Nastygram" with a small B&W photo that was taken from about "200 yards" away that they had a problem with some spots on my roof, and that I had 15 days to resolve. After doing some Google searches I found Jacobs Pressure Cleaning. They were an established business with great reviews. I was able to request an appointment from their website and received a phone call from the owner Jeff within a couple of hours, he informed me that he could have a truck there later in the afternoon, I did not expect the quick response to the web request and the scheduled service, for which I was very grateful that I didn't have wait to have the roof cleaned.
