On time service. They finished their work quicker than I expected as they were doing my lanai, driveway, and sidewalk to my property boundary and all the way into the entrance way. I had a small area with a mixture of rust and algae that I haven't been able to clean myself and they made it look like new. Excellent job, as always! Original correspondence was via the website, and then follow-up correspondence was via email. A time and date was arranged the following week. I received a couple of reminders after confirming the appointment, and a final confirmation email was received the day before. I received a correspondence via phone call confirming the work to be completed. All areas were thoroughly cleaned [driveway, sidewalk, house (front) and pool deck].
