Gary, who represented Jacob's Pressure Cleaning service did a fine job. He arrived in the time specified. That is a big plus. He hooked up and went to work. The cleaning process was thorough and very professional. He treated me with respect and curtesy. His completed work was excellent. Ralph and Gary kindly performed the cleaning of our driveway, sidewalk, and patio. Both of them worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that the mud removed from the driveway was properly washed into the drain. Not only did they clean, but they also took care to neatly return our detached water hose to its original position, displaying a level of consideration not often seen with other contractors. Perfect experience all the way around. Jeff was super responsive to my online information/quote request. When we spoke by phone, he was knowledgeable and honest. Jeff and his team arrived on time, uniformed, and in a professionally marked vehicle - the whole team was professional and respectful of our home and property. Best of all, the work they did was amazing. I've never seen our house, pool deck, and driveway more clean - the pool deck in particular looked brand new (it's 20+ years old). They surpassed my expectations of end results by leaps and bounds. This was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a service provider of any kind. We will definitely use JPC again in the future, and I will highly recommend them to others.
