I found Brian on Google. I saw that he had a lot of great reviews so I gave him a call to represent me on a commercial building I wanted to buy. This was my first building purchase and I did not have any experience with the process. Brian made it very easy to understand and educated me through the process. He also created a time table for me on contract date deadlines to follow as he kept on top of it. The whole experience went smoothly.
