He is extremely organized and cares about his clients time by planning multiple office walk throughs in one-day. He provides excellent suggestions to help tailor or modify a current build into something that is more suitable for his client needs by negotiating with the landlord. When I looked at the space I just happened to ask if he possibly had another space in the building. He did! So my husband was able to move to the same location. Which is what we had before.
