I waited several hrs for a tow for my disabled vehicle to be picked up and taken 11 miles to your shop. I was then quoted $10,400.00 for a replacement engine and 24hrs of labor because the mechanic team did not want to replace rockerarms and lifters in which is minimal upper cylinder work and a valve lash check. At most 4 hr job. Also personal property was ransacked from my vehicle either by the tow truck driver or while the vehicle sat at your facility for several days before it was diagnosed. I believe Jacks brake and alignment fleeces honest customers who are in dire need of basic or complex mechanical repairs by Adverstising that they will finance repair bills to dampen the financial damage that they quote. I’ve never been so cheated and treated unfairly by any mechanic service ever before and I would not recommend jacks brake and alignment service to anyone ever.
