I don't even want to give one star but had to so I could warn people about this place. I made an appointment because of a noise I was hearing in the front of my wife's minivan. It took almost an hour before they pulled it in the shop and another 20 minutes before anyone looked at it. Finally a guy came out to the shop, lifted the front end up, moved the drivers side tire back and forth two or three times, lowered it back down and went back up front to the office. It was the end of June and a very warm day so they had the bay doors open and I watched the whole thing. Went back into the office and was told I need struts and shocks, inner and outer tie rods, two tires and sway bar links and quoted me a price of 3,045.38. The problem I had was I just had new struts and shocks installed 3 months before this and didn't understand how they came up with all of them problems by moving one tire...
