Felt I was rushed out of there due to it being busy! Therefore all I wanted accomplished did not occur…. Yet my bill seemed rather expensive with all the “extra” charges added in!! Probably will look elsewhere!

I absolutely love Jack's because of their amazing service and outstanding way to make paying for repairs to my vehicle more affordable! Im grateful to find a shop that care about their customers!!

Been going to jacks for a number of years, first issue I had was they forgot to tighten up my oil filter and had oil leaking out on my driveway when I got home( no big deal accidents happen) but when I go in to get a oil change I'm asked what kind of oil and I say full synthetic and what I usually get. But they decided to upgrade me to the $100 package and I find out when I go to pay. My mistake I guess I should have made sure I wasn't upcharged. An hour and a half to than pay extra not going to happen again. Thought this place was better than the rest but I guess not.

I trust them 100%. I use to take my vehicle to Take 5 for oil changes, but I brought it to Jack's to have them look it over and they found my cabon air cleaner had been just jammed into that space. It was all bent, almost in half. First I did not even know I had one, until Take 5 told me, (which I have been going for years), so Jack's caught it right away and replaced it. Then they found I had a whole in my coolant hose, which was leaking all over, but was froze, so never seen the leak on my garage floor. Fixed that day! AWESOME place to bring your vehicle. Trust them 💯!!!! Will never go to another place again! Now all my family comes here!!!!
