I had door cable, fog lights and SRS airbag problem. They found $4400 worth of other issues. I asked for a maybe 20% discount. Mat said no discounts. I paid the $4400. When I received the car, the original three problems weren’t fixed. He said they forgot, bring it back next week.
On bill they applied a $100 online coupon. I then received a 20% coupon for declined services. I asked why no 20% discount ($880). They said they only give 1 discount ( so no veterans’ discount, either)I talked to Terry the boss. Said he didn’t want to honor it. I already paid. Said I declined door safety problem.
