I had door cable, fog lights and SRS airbag problem. They found $4400 worth of other issues. I asked for a maybe 20% discount. Mat said no discounts. I paid the $4400. When I received the car, the original three problems weren’t fixed. He said they forgot, bring it back next week.
On bill they applied a $100 online coupon. I then received a 20% coupon for declined services. I asked why no 20% discount ($880). They said they only give 1 discount ( so no veterans’ discount, either)I talked to Terry the boss. Said he didn’t want to honor it. I already paid. Said I declined door safety problem.

I got some new brakes and I like where you can finance and not pay your bill in full for 90 days and not have interest added

Jack’s alignment of the 4 new tires on our Ford Flex was easy to schedule and was done in an hour. As always they did the overall inspection, noting how much was left on brakes. Both parrots fun to watch from the marked safety zone(beaks and talons— watch out!
