I love Jack's Brake and Alignment because they treat me like family.

The guys are very pleasant and always explain things to me. They always keep things light and cheerful.

There was no transparency with the price. I was first quoted almost $600 which seemed high for a battery replacement, even though it did include labor and parts. They then made some calls realizing I was a AAA member and told me the battery would $289. Not until they rang me up did I learn that the 289 was just the cost of the battery, and I ended up paying over $500 anyways for what Kelly Blue Book says is a ~$250 job.
