I was quoted about $1600 over the phone. When I signed up for your program, it jumped up another $1000. Brakes were still squishy when my wife went to pick it up. He told my wife that i would have to get a new master cylinder. That i told him not to change it. Wrong. Why would i get it towed (because i couldn't drive it there, because of the brakes) up there and not get that fixed as well. So i had change the master cylinder that i thought you guys would find and fix the problem that you were suppose to do.

Staff super friendly just wish that when they did my alignment they would have also aligned my steering wheel

I've been going to Jack's for 20yrs and love that I can use the car care one card for my vehicles with a year promotion with no interest, I like how they provide rides while they keep my vehicle, and how you can accumulate points to deduct off any type of maintenance on your vehicle
