Stanley enjoyed the experience with Jack's Brake & Alignment

They found issue quickly and fixed it. Am discouraged with high cost. Had to ask for and search for a coupon discount. The woman behind me lacked internet so no discount for her. Big sign advertised loaner car, Customer before me did go home in a loaner car. I was not offered one, but was offered shuttle service.
i gave 4 stars as there is room for improvement price wise.
there is a clean comfortable waiting area with tv and coffee machine and clean bathroom.

Jack's saves me money. They could've charged me for an A/C compressor, but instead they just recharged my system and I was good to go!
They've saved me on shocks/alignment last year, too.
I used to comparison shop for the best prices, but no more. They've saved me so much money not just by their rates, but by the work they choose to do. I just go to Jack's now for everything.

My rear sensor was replaced. The shop did not have the proper equipment to clear code which should have reset once replaced. The cost to repair changed at least 4x. Upon driving home the vehicle barely stopped when using the brakes. I was almost in 2 separate accidents. I called shop to report issue and was told to return vehicle back to shop. Mind you this shop has its own towing service. This matter is being investigated for litigation purposes, full refund and compensation. I left my State position shift 3x in lieu of resolution for our vehicle.
