Jack's Brake & Alignment

Fuck yall

They did a oil change on my car. Now I use to use a different place, but now I will stick with Jack's Brake and Alignment. They found my cabin air filter just shoved in the compartment. It is supposed to be a square, well when they pulled it out it was in a V shape. I was so happy that they checked it. The place that originally did it charged me 25.00 for that. I got it for 12.00. Now where would you go????

I needed new rotors and brakes all around, plus rear calipers. I will admit I was slightly shocked at the cost estimate, but I couldn’t do the work myself! Also, they did find a $100 off coupon which they applied. That eased the pain. I dropped my car off at 7:00 am & it was done by 1:00 pm. Overall, I feel Jack’s is like having my own backyard mechanic. Everyone there is so friendly and genuinely care about their reputation as a superior automotive repair service.

Felt like they were just searching for issues to make my bill higher. Had a check engine light on and I told them I hope this isn’t a gas cap issue and they told me it wasn’t and sure enough they replaced my gas cap and charged me $900 to perform smoke test and other things.

Prompt service for a tire that I had to fill with air several times on the day I stopped. Pulled the nail and patched the tire and I was on my way. I was 2 hours from home. Thanks Tiffany and the crew!

Price was unreasonably high. Got it fixed for 1/3 the price at another reputable shop in the area. Won't be back, paid for them to do nothing sadly. I wanted my truck fixed and took my last one to you guy's for the same issue but the current prices didn't seem fair to me or match other shops in the area.

The staff is always very friendly and accomodating.
