They treated me good and the work wad done in a timely manner it was a oil change

They changed my rotters after I asked them not to and still charged me for it (over $1000 total) and when I got my car home the radiator was mysteriously broken.

Great customer service and professional staff.

After spending $4500, on a timing chain they turn around and tell me the engine is no good. Not good for business to not tell someone the engine is bad before they spend $4500 on something getting fixed just to not drive your car after it’s finished.

I came in for a rattle under my car. Actually two rattles. They fixed one. They told me what they thought the second one was coming from. My mechanic did the work. And Jack’s Brake & Alignment diagnosed the problem correctly. I am so grateful to not have the rattle any longer. I feel Jack’s Alignment does excellent work.
