Horrible experience at both locations! Unbelievable that the Jeep was aligned under the wrong model specs as 4x4 alignment not only that they didn't test drive it despite this being a return alignment because the davenport location was unable to properly align the vehicle too. Both times leaving the wheel off center when driving straight which was easily noticed in the parking lot. Asking to speak to the owner or management was told it could be hours longer wait to speak with them and initially the shop counter attendant informed me despite being a correction alignment follow up would have to charge me again for the alignment before releasing the vehicle otherwise waiting a few hours to get the override from management being he only other option. Leaving upset made an appointment with the original store to correct the now worse alignment ( rear front of tires pointing out on both...
