After having work done on two vehicles, I had forgotten a discount coupon at the time of payment(s). I was going to redeem the coupons in the days following and was informed they would not honor the coupon retroactively. Work was done on a Saturday and tried to redeem the following Monday.

It was my first time, they treated me like I’ve been going there for years!! Between the military discount, me being a senior, and the treatment, I will be going back for sure!!!

I appreciated how easy Jack's Brake & Alignment made it to get my car fixed quickly. It wasn't even my brakes!!!! LOL

Jacks was asked to change the transmission fluid and the motor oil of an eighteen year old pickup. They got it done with no oil leaks. I give them a 5 outa 5.

I had an issue with my brakes last month. Being the handy guy I am, I set to replacing my brakes and pads. Turned out I messed something up with my rear brakes.

I called Jack's up, and they had someone come and pick up my car. Replaced my rear rotors and pads, bled the lines properly. All said and done, they gave me a good price and excellent service.

Would I use them again? Hell, I'm calling them about tires now. Thanks, guys.
